This page explains what happens to what you send me. It is short because I collect very little.
Only what you type into the form on this site: the address of the house, your name, an email or phone number, and anything you choose to tell me about the situation. The page you submitted from and the date are recorded with it.
To reply to you about buying that house, and nothing else. I do not sell your details, and I do not pass them to a list, a lead broker or a marketing company.
The form asks you to agree that I may contact you about the house. That consent is recorded with your submission. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message I send you, and I will stop contacting you.
Submissions are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask me to delete yours and I will.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in, which only applies to me.
Reply to any message I have sent you and ask. That reaches me directly.
